Division of Child Behavioral Health Services,
a System of Care

The New Jersey Division of Child Behavioral Health Services (DCBHS), formerly known as "The Partnership for Children," serves children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral health care challenges and their families across all child-serving systems. The Division is committed to providing these services based on the needs of the child and family in a family-centered, community-based environment. In addition, DCBHS is charged with reforming service systems to improve outcomes for children, adolescents, and their families.
