What Qualifications & Skills are needed to apply?

  • Supervision of Operations Assistants assigned to Care Management.
  • Assisting in the development of tasks associated with assisting Care Managers in administrative task
  • Onboarding and training of new staff
  • Ensuring compliance with other Agency trainings
  • In collaboration with the Data Analytics Team, providing weekly, monthly, and annual summaries and reports as necessary.
  • Overseeing internal monitoring and auditing of service delivery, as needed.
  • Developing and providing employee training on compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems.
  • Maintaining records of compliance activities.
  • Creation of Compliance Annual Report.
  • Review of Critical/Unusual Incident Reports for forwarding to COO.
  • Communicating with government agencies as directed.
  • Maintaining confidentiality in all tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related healthcare field, or 5 years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • Certification in compliance a plus.
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws, legal codes, procedures, and other relevant regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Documenting and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail; maintenance of meticulous records of complaint and compliance activities.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong commitment to the Agency, its mission, values, and confidentiality.
