Community Resources Coordinator
Location: Hackensack, NJ
Compensation: $44,000 - $52,000 | Full-Time
Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Project Management/Leadership Collaboration
- Ability to resolve technical data discrepancies
- Perform all required aspects of data collection
- Reporting and data analysis
- Coordinate with data analytics staff as appropriate
- Prepare, compose, and distribute communications related to applicable departmental needs
- Survey development, data compilation and reporting
- Perform all aspects of the Medicaid Processes, dependent upon departmental needs
- Assist with planning, design, coordination, and implementation of Agency related events and activities
- Attend meetings/facilitate training(s)/create and revise written procedures
- Demonstrates availability to work cooperatively with all Agency stakeholders
- Assist with office technology
- Assist with the creation and distribution of Agency publications and correspondence
- Front Desk coverage, when needed
- Assist with the organization of facilities on an as-needed basis
- Understand and ensure that tasks are conducted, and family information is handled in a sensitive and confidential manner in compliance with HIPAA and Agency policies
- Attend required meetings and trainings
- Support all departments assigned
- Perform all other tasks assigned

Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree required
- Fluency in applicable office technology and software; experience in multimedia communications a plus
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
