The focus of this video is that Ian utilized strength-based skills to handle his anxiety and depression. The results of these promoted skills had him improve engagement in the community as well as improving nutrition.
Seth is a 15 year old boy living with Autism, Aggression, and challenges socializing outside of his school friends. Using a strength-based approach, the team encouraged his interest in watching and making YouTube videos. The BA gave the Child & Family Team the idea of having Seth join a program called GameU which helps youth learn to do coding and other computer related things. His Care Manager provided the family with the information and Seth was able to attend classes which he loved! Marcus is a 12-year-old boy living with a developmental disability that began acting out aggressively at home and school. Through the Wraparound support provided by members of his Child and Family Team, he and his parents developed organization and coping skills, that enabled them to make incredible strides.
Sadie & Destiny are biological sisters that were adopted. The family embraced the Wraparound Approach through teamwork, giving the girls individualized in-home support, and strengthening the family collaboration. This helped the family overcome stress, defiance and lack of communication.

Chilli is a 7-year-old girl who was dealing with the divorce of her parents. As a result, she began acting out toward her father, experiencing anxiety,
and throwing temper tantrums. Through the willingness and commitment of her father Andy, Chilli and her dad were able to build a healthier relationship

Dylan is a 13-year-old boy who has been living with autism since 18 months old. He and his family were struggling with his aggressive, self-injurious behavior
and lack of ability to communicate. Consistent and collaborative relationships between the school district, the family, and Bergen's Promise led to
dramatic improvements for Dylan and his family.
