Promising News

The new school year is right around the corner, and Bergen’s Promise is already preparing to support families who may need help with school supplies this September. We are asking for your support and generosity in providing essential school supplies for our youth in need.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our donors, last year we distributed nearly 400 backpacks filled with essential school supplies—everything from notebooks and pens to crayons, markers, and more—for students in elementary, middle, and high school. Because of this support, our annual Backpack Drive continues to make a meaningful impact in our community.
