This week, Bergen's Promise celebrated the retirement of an absolute staple of the organization. Jamie Sylvester, our long-time receptionist, has retired after working with the agency for over 21 years. Jamie has long been one of the first voices you'd hear when starting with Bergen's Promise. She has always been committed to ensuring the phones were answered, guests were properly assisted, and staff had what they need to properly do their job. With a quick wit and an infectious laugh, Jamie is one of a kind.
As one of the longest tenured employees, she has continuously demonstrated her dedication to our staff and the families that we serve.
We wish Jamie the best of luck in this next chapter and hope retirement treats her well! She will be missed!
